The Heart of Taiwan’s Teahouse: Fellowship

The concept of “fellowship” is found throughout the Bible, in many forms and many words. The Hebrew word חָבַר (pronounced khä·var’), means to have fellowship or join together. In the book of Acts we are shown that the church should work together as one, coming together to help those in need and especially to spread the Gospel (Acts 2:41-47). Although not all Christians are called to overseas mission fields, we are all called to support the church and the spread of the Gospel (Matthew 28:19-20). It is my wish that Taiwan’s Teahouse would be a place of fellowship. A place where believers across the globe come together to praise and worship God, and pray for the work he is doing in Taichung, Taiwan.
